3M™ EPX™ STRUCTURAL ADHESIVES

3M™ Markets a broad range of 2 part structural adhesives. These are some of the strongest most durable multi resistant adhesives on the market and are used on helicopter blades and F1 Cars. 3M™ EPX Adhesive Dispensing System takes the time and mess and wastage out of decanting, weighing, mixing and applying 2 part adhesives. A light weight applicator dispenses the 2 parts of the adhesive in the right proportion, mixing the 2 parts completely as they are dispensed allowing the adhesive to be applied neatly where you want it. wastage is significantly reduced and productivity can be increased.

3M EPX Applicator has a Handle and trigger main body and uses a plunger to dispense the adhesives. Standard Applicator comes with a 2:1 plunger for all 50ml cartridges, a 10:1 plunger ordered separately is required for 38ml (DP8005, DP8010) cartridges. Nozzles are required to dispense adhesive (See Nozzles below)

3M EPX Nozzles There are 5 nozzles 9742 is used for all 50ml cartridges except for (DP801, DP805 and DP810) which requires a no 7 nozzle. No 17 is for 38ml cartridges and No. 18 is for 265ml Cartridges and No. 24 is for 400ml cartridges.
