Coastline's range of quality single sided compression foam sealants comprises water, air, dust and weatherseal products. There is an extensive hardness, thickness and colour range. Key products include:

3259/7 - medium rigidity, black/grey, 3507/9 - hard, grey/black, are waterseal at 30% compression. UV light resistant; multi purpose; self extinguishing. Wide thickness range

3594/9 - hard, flame retardant, white/black waterseal at 30% compression. Achieves class 1 rating to BS476 part 7. UK Building Regulations, achieves Class 0

3099 - black, very soft, waterseal at 30% compression. UV light resistant; easily compressible; for uneven/flexible surfaces. Wide thickness range

Double Sided Foam Tapes


Double Sided Foams

Coastline’s high performance double sided foams consists of PVC, PU and PE foams coated with a variety of adhesives, supplied in slit rolls, spools and die cuts. Key Products are as follows ---- . 5474/9 - ultra high shear / weight loading PE (polyethylene) foam coated with rubber resin adhesive. High tack. Available in white / black

5464/9 - high shear / weight loading PE (polyethylene) foam coated with acrylic adhesive. UV light resistant. -40 to +100°C service temperature. Available in white / black

5669 - high performance PU (polyurethane) foam. Excellent chemical and UV light resistance. Highly conformable. -40 to +120°C service temperature

5169/4 - hard, black / white PVC foam, waterseal at 20% compression. UV light resistant; very good external weathering. Wide thickness range

Butyl Tapes


Foam and Butyl Tapes

HP400 -- Good adhesion and movement accommodation, used in metal building construction, caravan manufacture and ductwork. Approved for use with potable water. Also suitable for the Effective Sealing of End Lap Details - see MCRMA Technical Paper No. 16. NFRC Class B Sealant.

HP500 -- For use when extra strength and adhesion is required when joining plastic membranes or lap joints in steel/aluminium roofing sheets, caravan and automotive joint sealing. Approved for use with potable water. Also suitable for the Effective Sealing of End Lap Details - see MCRMA Technical Paper No. 16. NFRC Class A Sealant.

HP600 -- The ultimate in tensile strength and adhesion. Reinforced with specially selected high performance rubbers to provide outstanding long term movement accommodations. Uses include caravan and automotive manufacture and joining plastic membranes. NFRC Class A Sealant.
